2001 KDX 220 Fork Service Questions

I do not have a service manual, neither can i find one on the internet.
Couple of questions:
1. What is air gap recommended and/or quantity of oil (in ml) per leg
2. What is factory recommended fork oil weight, anyone gone higher?
3. Do you guys change the metal bushings in fork leg along with fork seals?
3. Stock spring feels soft, i am 170lb without gear and an average rider. What wt spring people use ?

You can't find a paper version on the internet to buy?
ronayers.com or other online dealers have them for sale, if you can't deal with your local dealer.

cyclopedia.com has an online version that is decent. Paper manual I find is more detailed. Neither are really hard to come by.
Fork oil 530ml of 5wt is OEM, but others use different weights with success.
On spring rate it's a bit more than just weight. Not sure what stock is, but it's pretty soft regardless IMO. Plus, rider ability and style play a big factor. Some go to race tech's site and plug in necessary info and it provides recommendations. Maybe start there.

530ml per leg; do you know equates to what air gap? I am google'ing around and it says anywhere between 3-3/4 to 4" of airgap. what is OEM recommended?
Edit : got spring for my weight / OEM : 0.35kg Recommended : 0.415kg.

It's best to change the bushings with the seals if they have been in there a long time. Conventional forks don't go through seals as fast as USDs do, so if it needs seals it probably needs bushings. Team Kawi specs for the 220 are 95mm of air gap, 0.35 (stock) spring for 150-170 lb rider, 0.36 for 170-200 lb.
