Just asking as I have a broken complete 1993/4 kx250 with the blue forks and would like to upgrade the suspension ,I have access to a lathe to make spacers etc
Has anyone done these mods before or offer advice on spacer and bearing sizes etc to make the job quicker
will the kx forks and shock fit ? also will the swingarm fit too

hard to say as the part numbers will probably be different, they may fit they may not!
if you have both bikes to hand just try it and see if they do, if not you will see what work is involved to get them to fit.

KX shock will be longer, throwing off geometry

also, reservoir needs to be checked to see if it hits pipe.
