Will a full FMF exhaust for a 1995 fit on my 1994?

I've been shopping online for an aftermarket expansion chamber and silencer. For my 1994 E series, FMF sells the Fatty expansion chamber and oldschool looking power core and turbine core silencers. For a 1995 however, the FMF Gnarly expansion chamber and newer designed silencers are available. I was interested in knowing if i'll have severe fitment issues if i went with the pipes for the 1995. I'm unsure of how much these bikes changed from those years. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

FWIW, the stock silencer on the E-Series is quite good. Aluminum, repackable, and comparable to the FMFs in both weight and performance -- and it's pretty quiet.

I've also been looking at FMF expansion chamber pipes for a kdx200 e- series (89-94). Checked e-bay, FMF website and Pro Circuit website. Seems as though ONLY fatty gold series is available. I could not find a gnarly desert or gnarly woods for an E-SERIES. People claim they run the gnarly pipes on e-series though?
EDIT:
This is the closest post I've come across to answer my question - http://kdxrider.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9321 - Seems like a gnarly woods or desert pipe will NOT fit a KDX 200 e series. Only the FMF Fatty (19g steel) gold series.
I have NOT found a pro circuit pipe for the KDX -e series available on e-bay or through pro circuit.
Anyone running an aftermarket pipe on the E-series OTHER THAN a FMF Fatty? Is it a cross fit or something?
