Just got a kdx 200. Any tips?

yeah...HAVE FUN
seriously though, these bikes will run forever and really dont have any weaknesses that could cause problems
post some pics and tell us what type of riding you want to do and we will take it from there

I will point out what I consider important for the KDX. Always run a quality 2T oil, clean the KIPS at least once a year, keep fresh trans oil in it, and always have a clean air filter. Those are really the basics for any 2T except for the KIPS.

What year is your KDX? What condition is it in? What info were you able to get from the previous owner?

The year is 2004, it's in good condition but haven't had a chance to ride it yet. This is because I have not got any boots that fit me and the bike needs some maintenance. Thanks for the tips.
