'04 KDX front brake pads vs. '01 KX125

Anyone know if '04 KDX front brake pads interchange with '01 KX125? Part numbers differ slightly but I know that does not always mean 100% they won't interchange. Thanks.

They should fit. But I think you will find the the KDX pads work better. But if you have the KX pads then use them. I used a set of pads for a 2000 KX250 on my KDX and they fit fine but they seemed to fade quicker with abuse then the KDX pads.

Front pads for KX125/250 99-05 will work for all H/A KDX's, rear pads won't

Sweet. I got a near new set of EBC pads with the KX forks I purchased. I noticed on my first ride with the converted front end and new brake rotor that my pads aren't contacting the entire rotor surface area. They must have been dished a little or something with the old KDX rotor. Think I will swap to the KX pads to see if they are better before buying a new set.
