Hey guys i have a slight problem here. When i REV but mostly when ridden my CR just squirts all the coolant out the overflow.WHY?

Ive been told it could be the water pump but im not sure why it would do that then anyway. Ive already blown a head gasket when the bike over heated, but thats been sorted now.

Any suggestions? Shot

Sounds as if the system could be pressurising... you sure the head gasket issue's been properly sorted? Could be air entering the system elsewhere... was the head checked for trueness after the HG was replaced/is everything torqued down properly and are the hoses in good order?

It does sound like a head gasket issue, or could be a crack in the head or cylinder.

Yeah it was torqued properly. But i do need to rebuild the top end. Piston and barrel are scored. Head was a bit mashed but wasnt to bad. Skimmed it. Ill do a all round check with the hoses.

you may also want to check the radiator cap for dirt or cracks and the rubber seal below it

CR 125s will stretch the threads for the head studs. Use a drill press (to keep them square) to drill out and helicoil. Very common.
