We're going up to the mountains. The jetting on my 1990 KDX200 is stock. Pipe is FMF Fatty. What should the jetting for 8-10,00 ft be?
Thanks in advance.

I agree with
scheckaet. You need to get your jetting right at your current elevation then move on from there. However, you might check the KDX jetting thread over at TT to see if someone has posted up what they did at that elevation. Here is a link to it:

SS109,
The bike runs great at 3-6000 feet with stock jetting. I looked at the jetting database at the link you included. Thanks, it was a big help. I realized from reading that I could use my JD needles (from my KTM) in the KDX. I am wondering, however, since my bike is a 1990, what is the latest year KDX whose jetting I could emulate? Most of the posts in the database at 2000 and later. Can I use their data? Thanks in advance.

Copying someone else's jetting is a recipe for disaster. You should be able to safely go down a size on pilot and main with that altitude change, and fine tune with the needle and airscrew when you get there and see how it does.

Julien, thanks for the good advice. I'll certainly do what you suggest.

Absolutely. That said, the stock jetting is most likely quite rich at your current altitude. It would be worth jetting it for your current conditions. I know you said it runs well at stock jetting in your current location, but properly jetted I think you would be surprised at the difference!

Julien,
That's a good idea, too. I never thought about it because the bike runs well, and it's actually my wife who rides it and she never complains. She's tickled pink with it. I'll have to ride it more often and experiment. Do you have any experience with the JD needles? They're very popular in the KTM world. I've got a range of Sudco needles which I also use and like.

I have no personal experience with any JD needles. Several members here run them and have had good results.
