After they have been sitting upside down for a few days and everything(almost) drained out...what volume of oil in each leg?

Without a manual(yet), how does the top cap come off to remove the spring or can you just put a known volume of oil in to get a starting point to test ride?

Thanks.

I'd say it's beneficial to have the manual for this procedure.
To get the right amount of oil in, you need to remove the fork caps and springs.
Top cap just unscrews, but you need to compress the spring and put a wrench on the locknut to loosen the cap and remove it from the rod.

I just did this, search this forum, lots of tips. Don't adjust oil by volume, do it by distance measured from the top of the fork, spring out, and siphon/syringe the oil out to that level, nifty trick, no special tools. I think stock is 90-110 mm.
