Wow it looks sweet! I don't mind the white panels but you could also use black vinyl to cover them and it wouldn't be permanent.

It's pretty neat picking the bike off the work stand with one hand fairly easy and how lite it is pushing it around. Can't wait to ride it.
Almost don't want to finish it cause then the bold will b over

First test ride and she said it is incredibly stable quiet power and really puts a smile on your face.

Man, I want weight figures haha. Wonder what the power out put is going to be now that you've brought the motor up to date with the carb/reeds/pipe. Should be killer.

Honey doo list got in the way of bike progress. I looked at it and took down some bracket measurements.

Nice work. I'd like to see another closeup of the pipe near the exhaust port.

Sorry been busy. Neglecting my Kdx. Truck problems but trading it for a civic si on Thursday and buying my buddyS Toyota that I helped build so it will all work out great in the end. I will miss my 08 Trd Tacoma tho.
Ill try to take some better pics of the pipe next time I'm out there. Won't make it tonight after work gotta watch sons of anarchy. Probably tomorrow. I came to the realization I won't really ride this in the dirt until next spring. I def plan on studding it up for snow riding this winter .

All the photos are cool. Are you using flux core mig on the pipe?
