Then sell the KDX to someone who appreciates it for what it's designed for and buy a MX bike. Don't waste your time buying a pipe that will cost you more than $100 by the time it's shipped to you. Save that along with the money from selling the KDX and buy the cool sounding bike if that is what's important to you in owning one.

Year and years and years ago I started racing MX. A guy would show up from time to time and a old ratty 200 KDX. The first time I saw him I chuckled to myself while sitting on top of my fancy new MX bike. That guy spanked me and the so bad it wasn't funny. From that day on when he would show up I wasn't chuckling at that old ratty KDX-200.


Get what I mean? The bike is fine and go out ride it and beat those fancy SOUNDING bikes.
