I know for a bicycle frame it is $180..... chipped while assembling= 1 pissed off customer! :evil:


Not to mention the weight it adds! :shock:

That's what i did on my frame 3 years ago : sanded with 180 and 360grit paper Wash primer / paint/ clearcoat.

And the job still look good!

And gess what? the only reason to get the frame appart was to paint it :twisted: :twisted:

When i touch up the frame, i clean, lightly sand, clean, prime, and PJ1! Looks great! And, it only takes a couple of hours! Dont be too picky on touch up's. Your gonna do it again, soon...........
