We will have one of those tripod grills that goes over the fire. As long as we burn it after we eat I will be fine. We could build quite a fire with those though  . I can always pull some wood out for cooking from the big fire and have a smaller one for cooking.

Cool! No, Hot! Ill see what i can dig up. I guess i could cause a derailment, so we can get the busted up blocks that we used to rerail the cars with.... They do make a hot, long lasting fire.

Ya, no derailments on our account. I am not even sure where we will camp but I am sure it will be awsome. Looks like there will be quite a few of us KDXers. Just look for a pack of green with flecks of red and yellow, we will be an easy group to find. Anyone else camping out?

My son and I will join you folks to ride with high probability on the 29th . . . but we'll likely make not camp as junior has school that Monday. (Of course, he's happy to blow it off but I probably should be a responsible parent and make him go to school.)

Looking forward to meeting some of the KDX crowd!!

I actually have commitments both Saturday and Monday . . .

which leaves Sunday wide open!!

But it means that I'll not be camping out with y'all all on Sunday night.

My plan is to leave early Sunday AM to be there by mid-morning on Sunday. I plan on leaving about dark or so . . .

So how many are there of us total? I'm counting 7 including myself. I might have one more coming but it's not a definate.

I'm really looking forward to this. And I think this should be the first of several rides this year. There's enough places between KY, OH, and IN to make for some fun weekends.

I think it would be awesome to have one Hatfield & McCoy trip, maybe this fall? I forget, Tom, when's the baby due?

Besides, you guys might not meet my ace riding, super cool, hip dude criteria any way! Kidding, I cant wait!

  I am so ready I feel like I could burst. We need to think of a place to meet. I have absolutely no idea where we are going to camp. I figure we will move our camp if our spot sucks on Saturday night. We are probably going to get there about 7 pm or so. I would think lot of people will pick up and leave Sunday morning. It would be nice to get a shelter, but I doubt we could those are almost always taken.

I figure you will be the only one there on Saturday Tom, i think. Myself and andy should be there by 10am. probably about the same for jeb. Hopefully Kirk will chime in. If you have a cell, i can call you when we get there, or we can all plan on meeting by the entrence in a certain time frame. We should be absolutely no later than ten.

We can meet by the enterance at around 11 if I remember. My cell reception usually sucks. Not like I could hear it over the bikes. My cell is 219- 789-3576. If not we will be in a red late 90s F-150. We may have a Harbor Freight trailer.
