91 200 stock 35 mm carb with head mod and fmf pipe, also modified airbox lid. Thanks inda

I would start with a 155/45 jet setup, should be safe since that's what I ran in my 92 with a pipe. Not sure what the head mod will do to your jetting other than reduce the volume.
158 is really rich IMHO but it depends on the kind of sand you ride too.

ok thanks for the info but isnt a 45 a little lean, plus im breaking in so wouldnt want to break in with to lean of jetting, do still recommend a 45 or should i run a 48 because thats what alot of people are running, just want to be sure thanks.

By no means is it jetted properly the twally i bought it off 2 years back had a 52 pilot and 158 main in it, I still dont know why.

45 isn't lean... I have never run anything higher... right now I am running a 42, but I have the RB carb mod too.
