I thought I lost mine... I tore apart the workshop, but I did find it. Your best bet would be to go through the vendors parting out KDX's and email them to see if they have one.

I'm pretty sure it was not installed when I took the top end off. Today when I took a closer look at the fiche I realized that it was missing.

I found one on Partzilla.com so I placed an order for it, hopefully it will be in my hands soon!

I'm guessing it's not a good idea to run the motor without it right?

So, a couple of days after placing my order on Partzille, the part status changes to "no longer available" and Partzilla sends me a refund. Argh. Guess I'll have to make my own clip.

Is the part made of aluminum? Or steel?

RMATV says "no longer available". I guess the supply has dried up.
