The Sunday before we arrive, i.e. beginning of the week.

So the week I'm proposing is June 9. You can show up any day you want. CT wants to ride Thursday June 13 through Sunday June 16.

Got it . . . are you planning on reserving the same place?

We need to promote this more on the site. Members should know it's open to everyone, not just the regulars.

I will try and change my vacation tomorrow, to the week of June 9th. Not sure if I will be able to or not. I hope so...

Thanks for the pm Jim! I'm not voting in the poll. This'll be a "wait & see" thing for me again this year. My local crew can be fickle.

I should know for sure some time next week, but I should be good to go!

I'm going to check with Hawks Riverfront Cabins today after 5pm. Tom and Rick probably remember them from the first year, they were situated right along the river down from our place along the road. Very nice, clean and cozy . . . price is about the same as other places but these units go quick every year because of how nice they are. I'll post tonight about their availability.

Brandon and I plan on arriving probably Tuesday evening (or Wednesday late morning) depending on what Rick and Dustin do (need to talk to them!). We need to leave either Friday night or Saturday some time (Brandon has a commitment). If the cabin we want is available we hope to rent, we'll work something out with whoever wants to board there as well (we'll pay for one of the nights we're gone or something like that).

Looks like my June is dicey for work once again. I will have to play it by ear, but am keeping an eye on this thread

The CT clan has reserved the entire Devil Anse trail house for June 12-17. Nancy has told me the cabin and apartment house are available on those dates. Call soon if you need it. She said everything is booking up earlier this year! Let's ride!

Sounds good Jim Blais. I have been off work for the past 2 days, due to this Creeping Crud that has been going around, But I should know about my vacation tomorrow. Jim Browning sent me a text this morning, and said he would call me this evening. I will check in with Tom and Dustin too.. Time sure duz fly!

Well, that is my favorite place to stay & ride so far. Looks like the rest of the fellas are headed to Gilbert again this year.
I can't commit to anything for a couple of more months at least. If you end up going to Ashland I'll do my best to join ya for a couple of days.
