No factoryx I haven't even touched it(besides to show it off) in a couple weeks. Trying to get my vehicle situation figured out and ready for deer season all at once takes a toll on bike quality time.
I'm using a Lincoln with uni shield gas. Tried flux core but couldn't stand the mess to clean up afterwards.
I picked up another project bike for cheep tho. Just what I need another project.

Not that I have seen personally. Wouldn't imagine it would be all that much different. You would have to remake the front frame down tubes for any liquid cooled motor due to center exit exhaust tho. So making any motor fit is just a matter of getting it mocked into place and making motor mounts. Modding pipe to fit or find one close. And running the air intake. Bikes are simple projects compared to most. Prob why I have uh nevermind I'm not gonna count them cause then I will have proof of my growing addiction to motorized two wheelers.
Get parts and start choppin

It will be street legal. Supermoto wheels would cool but up in vt we r better off with dirt tires.

I reckon as long as the 200 has a fully functioning kickstand it should do that pretty good...

Hey it's been awhile. I've got the 450itch out of the way(wow is all I can say) really excited to get my Kdx goin. I've been wheeling and dealing and took an 86 in trade that my wife took aliking too. It has a bent shift fork or something it won't shift to third gear. First n second ok. It needs a gasket set as well do to po and rtv(dooh if your reading this DO NOT CHEAP OUT AND USE RTV). So I know how to fix that. Thinking my hybrid really needs the kips motor in it compared to the 84. So gonna swap them. Haven't wired the kdf yet so May as well do it now.

[vimeo][/vimeo]So I decided the hybrid did need the kips engine. So I put the rebuilt 84 engine in the 86 chassis and have torn down the 86 engine. It was recently sleeved back to stock bore and that still looks pretty good ill measure it at work for wear. The bottom end evidently couldn't handle a new bore and all the bearings are spanked resulting in the tranny not shifting properly. So my hybrid is still not done. I did however get the 86 mostly back together and my buddy realy would like to own it.

How easy is it going to be to swap engines? And is there supposed to be a video attached to that?
