Kdx 1989 AC to DC conversion.

Hello all. I have just bought a kdx 200 1989. I want to convert it from AC to DC add a full loom ignition and battery so I can have indicators etc. Has anyone done this and any help would be appreciated. I'm in the UK. Cheers Tim.

Tim, Many riders that make the elerictrical system you want use rectifier/regulators like this one (link below). However, some are using China--made to save a few bucks and experience the fun of seeing whether or ot they work.
