Thanks for posting!

I did break my original purple tank in a bad crash October 2024, but I had a backup badly faded purple tank needing the razor blade scraping and heat gun or wet sanding/buffing treatment to get down to the original unfaded color and restore a nice finish to it.
I'd also gotten a Gilimoto reproduction purple tank as well, although not quite the exact hue of violet purple, it's close. Likewise with my IMS purple oversized tank and proprietary shrouds, not faded, but slightly off from the OEM violet purple same as the IMS green is slightly off from the Kawasaki 1990's green.

I believe another member may still be interested in trading me an OEM purple tank for my old '95-'06 OEM forks, but like myself, was very slow to dig it out and package it ip to complete the deal.

I've placed this tank on my watch list as often sellers will send you a lower priced offer if you are sitting on the item leaving it on your watch list for days. If they drop the private offer price down a lot, I may jump on this one, but I've also got my eyes on another set of OEM 1996 purple KX125/250 shrouds and a factory race team oversized tank where it uses a modified seat base cut out on the underside for fuel to extend rearward over top of the airbox...
