I have had a few requests in the past for a thanks feature for posts. I have managed to add this and test it, it seems to be working great. Let me know your thoughts about this feature, and if you think you'll use it.

I'm also open to other feature requests. PHPBB has a huge extension library available, and most of them are fairly easy to install and maintain. As always, thank you for your support and participation in KDXRIDER! We hope to be here for you for many years to come.

Such as a Like button?

That'd be excellent as long as it doesn't end up filling a large amount of server space that will increase site operating costs noticeably.

Ha. It just doesn't show in my own posts. Not any issue as far as cost. I recently had to expand the server, we have plenty of room to grow for a while.

Yeah, the stars could go away if possible, but I do see it is the tracker for someone having hit the "thumb up" or "like" button.

That's exactly what I thought. I think it's silly that you would show a 14% stars approval rating just because only one person out of 7 who read it had given it a thumbs up.

The more typical like button or icon with just a simple number next to it of how many people liked it is much more reasonable. I would consider removing the feature if that is the only display/functionality option which the forum software offers.

I'll have a look around. Hopefully it has options. It seems to be ported to this version from a pretty old mod, but it's the only thanks feature I can find.
