Cleaning the KIPS valve when I discovered broken teeth on the KIPS gear. Where can I find a replacement?

Thx!

Re: KIPS gear broken - see pic
I was going to suggest some of the big outlets down south but looks like we are starting to get into what I have been fearing, NLA/discontinued parts for the H & A Series, check with your local dealer if they can order from Kawasaki Japan.
I have had good luck getting some discontinued parts for other projects NLA in North America directly from Japan from Impex Japan and Webike Japan(both list the part #16085-1274, maybe contact to make sure if available), both companies are good to deal with..

Also, call Jeff Fredette at FRP Offroad. He may have some parts build up at his store.

Re: KIPS gear broken - see pic
I'd just read elsewhere of someone having the same problem, and finding that this gear was NLA. I was a bit surprised, at first I'd thought he had an E-Series.
Perhaps BDK who makes the E-Series power valve parts can start making these...??? Does anyone have contact with BDK?

A gear like that can be repaired by a machine shop.

Re: KIPS gear broken - see pic
I wasn't aware until just today that BDK also makes the left and right sub port power valves for the H series as well as one other idler gear I believe it said? I haven't had my top ends apart for a couple years to remember the exact layout of them, but will be pulling the engine out of my '99 220 very soon to send out the cylinder and crank for mild porting & replating by Tom Morgan Racing or juat all done by Millennium, and crank rebuild by Andrew Cooksey aka Cooksey's Cranks in Texas. He's been doing more KDX cranks these days but is very well known to be the foremost guru on the KTM 200 bikes overall.
There have also been a few people who are machinists by trade who make the H-series, E-Series, and even KDX250 KIPS actuator linkage rod that has the left hand thread at the top and often gets destroyed. I believe http://KXpowervalve.com was one, and the other guy is out of Beirut, Lebanon and goes by the eBay name George Moto parts or something of that sort.
