Hi. Welcome to kdxrider. Thanks for signing up and posting.
I split your question out to its own thread.
I am not sure of the offset, but I think it is 1991 KX250 / 1991 - 1993 KX500 upper clamp that matches up. I think 1992 - 1995 upper clamp is about 2 mm different. (less)

Re: KLX forks and KX Upper Clamp?
Thanks for the reply, I should have specified year. I have a 2003 KDX 220, I am installing 2003 KLX 43mm forks. I would like to have rubber mount bars, and possibly the double bolt bottom clamp. I read that the 94-95 KX500 triple clamp would fit. I didn’t know the offset is different, in the event I can only find the top clamp. My question is, does your answer apply to the 2003 KDX? What are my options if I want the entire triple tree without mods, or secondly, if I can only find a top clamp? Thanks for your help!

Re: KLX forks and KX Upper Clamp?
If you want to change the top, then I think it is:
This Kawasaki 44039-1212 HOLDER-FORK UPPER Not Available fits the following models and components:
Kawasaki Motorcycle 1991 KX250 - KX250-H2 Front Fork (KX250-H2)
Kawasaki Motorcycle 1991 KX500 - KX500-E3 Front Fork (KX500-E3)
Kawasaki Motorcycle 1992 KX500 - KX500-E4 Front Fork (KX500-E4/E5)
Kawasaki Motorcycle 1993 KX500 - KX500-E5 Front Fork (KX500-E4/E5)
If you want to do top and the KX bottom, you can get 1991 KX250 / 1991 - 1993 KX500 or go less offset with 1992 - 1995 KX250 with a stem swap and upper clamp insert for difference in stem OD, or find a set of 1994 - 1996 KX500 clamps (no stem swap needed). I can't remember the 1994 - 1995 or 1996 KX500 offset, but obviously, if you get the top and bottom, then it would be no problem.

Re: KLX forks and KX Upper Clamp?
You're welcome.
Just remember that 1992 + KX125 / KX250 / KX250F / KLX450R / KX450F / all have the larger stem OD and a larger top bearing.
KX500 / KDX / KLX300R / 1991 and older KX125 / KX250 have the smaller top bearing.

Re: KLX forks and KX Upper Clamp?
I installed 2003 KLX forks on my 2003 KDX. Everything fits except.. I bought a 1991 KX250 upper clamp, at least that is how it’s advertised (kx500 is stamped underneath)
The offset is wrong. The best I can measure, my KLX offset is 22mm (+-) The upper clamp I received is about 26mm (+-) All other dimensions are spot on. (I know for sure it’s a kx500 clamp, 43mm)
My question is, did they send the wrong part, or does the 1991 KX250 have more offset than the KLX? And if so, is there a top clamp that bolts right up?
Thanks in advance!

Re: KLX forks and KX Upper Clamp?
Maybe I was wrong? I am not sure. Maybe it is the later clamps that work with KLX. I may have been thinking of KDX250. If so, I am sorry for the error.
Can you post some pics of what you bought?

Re: KLX forks and KX Upper Clamp?
The Answer clamp is the one I bought, marked kx500, the hard mount is the stock klx

I can't remember about the KX500 stamping.

Is there anywhere to look to find fork size and triple clamp offset?

Funny, you're going to all this trouble to use the rubber cone mounts and I bought aluminum cones because I got tired of the bars getting twisted every time I fell. Each his own I guess. (I know, I should fall less!)

Re: KLX forks and KX Upper Clamp?
No worries kdxgarage, I think it’s the 91 KDX250 upper mount

Re: KLX forks and KX Upper Clamp?
As far as going to the trouble, it’s also because I have fat bars I’m fond of. I fall as well, but so far don’t remember tweaking the bars, but I have wondered if I should just buy smaller bars and not worry about it. I wasn’t sure If I would notice more vibration or not.
So far...

Then why not just use the regular solid mount fat bar adapters?Owyhee1 wrote: ↑12:16 am Jan 04 2020 As far as going to the trouble, it’s also because I have fat bars I’m fond of. What I did, and the adaptors raise the bars slightly, which I like.
