Here’s my sprocket cover. It’s 14 gauge galvanized steel scrap from work. It has a 90 degree bend at the left, and I spaced it out with some bolt spacers from Lowe’s. Costed me about $2 plus paint and labor to drill out the holes.

cool work on both, especially the price

Be careful of mud build up on the sprocket cover.

We have this crappy clay like stuff in North Carolina, so it’d probably happen even without a cover

Oh yeah. We have some around here, too. It can be bad! One time I got stopped going down a steep hill as it had jammed between the sides of the tire and the forks.

Got a 25 PJ. I think I hit the nail on the head. Idles like it used to at 2 turns out, and has just the right amount of smoke. Stay tuned for an adventure (hopefully - my buddy is the one with the GoPro.)
