Broken 5th metatarsal, jones fracture
Yup,9 days ago I got my foot crushed between the right peg and a rock....not wearing my riding boots, just combat boots. Bone isn't dislocated so no surgery thank goodness, the 1st metatarsal took a big hit as well, that side of my foot looks a lot worse than the outside. I had a perfect outline of the peg bruised into my foot...I was doing 2 mph...wear your boots!!!

few small differences, I was wearing boots at the time (and yes, these boots are for sale)
and I might have been going a little faster
oh, and I did require surgery
