What is my engine ?

Please help me with this bike. I had a faulthy amd self-made CDI unit so i bought second hand original. the bike starts but wouldnt rev. As i dissaembled it found the stator is differen, so i bought stator aswell, but as u can see it can’t fit. I think the bike has engine swap. Thanks!

First question would be what bike do you think you have? Not enough of it int he pic for me to tell. Does it have a plastic or metal fuel tank? Are ther pillion pegs or mounts? Whats going on with the rubber sealant on the carb? It looks from the exterior like a 91-94 KDX250 engine, and the flywheel/rotor part number is for a 91-94 KDX250, as it appears so is the new stator you ordered. Of course, we never had the SR in the states, so many of us have little to no experience with them beyond what we have read.

What's the engine number?
The carb boot looks to have a blanked off port so I would assume the engine is an SR as that is where the oil pump line connects to.
Combined with the DX250 stamping I'd assume it is a KDX250SR

Kdx250sr engine..balancer shaft..totally different to USA version.

All engine cases are different to allow for balancer shaft.
