Project Bike Engine Question

Post by Tx Cawboy »

I recently picked up a 2006 KDX200 rolling chassis. My question is since I have to build a motor anyway, is it possilbe to put a 220 jug on a 200 bottom end. From what I've seen, it doesn't look like a big deal.

TIA

bottom end is the same for both the 220 and the 200, either jug will work

Welcome to kdxrider.net. Just remember the head is different, too. Also, jetting would need to be changed.

I can't remember if the power valves are the same or not.
Thank you for participating on kdxrider.net. :bravo:
