Unique Lowering Links

Post by SS109 »

Don't know if anyone has seen these, or even if they have already been posted, but I thought I would share for those maybe looking to lower their '95+ KDX. Says stock and up to a 4" drop. https://soupysperformance.com/products/ ... ring-links

I don't know if Id trust something like that, looks to be just a couple of Grainger catalog heim joints with a coupler nut.

If you look at their website they are not heim ends. They look to be machined so a normal KDX linkage bolt sits down in to the ends.

Ahh okay that’s better. Adjustable links would be great for testing different linkage ratios! once a good length was found, I’d assume you’d want to make it out of a piece of billet. Aside from that, not sure how much you’d be adjusting linkage length. Would be crucial to make sure both sides are adjusted precisely as well.

Saw them in reviews on utube with nothing negative so far. A lower seat height and electric start and they could dominate the market all over again.. I'm sure the tree huggers would shoot it down big time..
