One more paint question, you mentioned baking the engine enamel after it’s sprayed. Could you share some of your process. I have my swingarm stripped down and prepped. I have my paint. Just wondering temps and about how long in oven at those temps? did you warm the part first a little than spray it or spray it and put it in the oven?

Ok cool that helps me out a bunch. I don’t think I would be asking if the can I have said how to bake the ****. I figured it out already.

I don't know if you want to bake just any old paint, it could easily catch fire. The stuff I told you to get, the DupliColor engine enamel, is formulated with ceramic, so it dries hard as a coffin nail, but you need to bake it for maximum hardness. The baking instructions are directly on the can. I don't remember what they are. Likely if your can doesn't have curing directions, it likely isn't meant to be baked. Don't smoke your house out.

Right I get that about baking any paint. I have the exact paint you just said above. There are no baking instructions on the can. Hence why I asked. I already read the can. No worries. I will go with what I have found one the interzones.
