Just wanted to share my handy work over the winter. This is a fairly low mileage 04 200 I picked up last October. My goal was to give it a face lift and go through it mechanically. I pretty much cleaned everything on the bike as I went through it. I also re-lubed all the original suspension and steering components plus replaced and added the below parts.
FRP- fork springs, handle bar clamp and rear chain guide
Scott’s shark fin
RK chain and sun star sprockets
UFO fenders and radiator shrouds - Oem side panels - factory effect graphics
Ebc brake pads
Moose bark busters
Chase Harper fender bag
Ricochet skid plate
Fmf pipe
Mylers radiator hoses
Polisport fork gaiters
I took it out last weekend for a 35 mile ride and had a blast. I just received my RB carb and will be installing that soon. I also need to replace the tires in the near future as I believe the front is still original. This forum has been a great source of knowledge and I enjoy reading others members projects.

Looks Excellent!
If you lend someone $20, and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Some nice upgrades! I'm sure that you'll notice a huge difference with new tires, especially if that's the OG front!

Looks great! I agree with GATOROC, get those tires changed out ASAP. I rode my 04 with stock tires for about a year and then went to a Tusk Hydrid rear and a Bridgestone 30 front and it was night and day difference on every level. Anyhow, enjoy regardless!

Thanks for the nice comments guys. I’m definitely going to get some tires on order soon.
