Hi Gang,
Just picked up a 2005 200.
Going through the bike and working on the rear swing arm and pivot bearings. Without the seals on, they are smooth as butter and the inside bushing rotates with ease. When I reinstall the seals, they become quite tough to rotate. Is this just because the seal is doing it's job and creating friction against the inside bushing?

Re: Rear pivot bearing questions
Do you have your bearings set to the proper depth, IIRC they should be recessed 6mm below the face of the swingarm on each side.
