Any reason you are running a projected tip instead of normal?
Thanks.

Re: First ride with Motorex Crosspower 2T
Ive been running these plugs for over 35 years they used to be B8EV back then I believe, they are a fine wire plug so the spark is concentrated in a smaller space keeping the firing area more concentrated, hotter and cleaner. You will notice a cleaner and revier engine with these plugs and i cant remember ever fouling one. I dont use any of those gimmick plugs The stator only has so much power to fire, multi electrode plugs just seem to confuse things. my 4stroke came with a duel electrode i changed it out for a single. My first experience with this issue was way back with my Johnson out board it came from the factory with a surface gap plug they dont have any electrode at all they fire all around the side and ran so horrible cough, spit, stall. nasty, Johnson finally came out with a service billeting with an electrode type plug and the difference was astounding ending all problems.I grew up in the muscle car days ive been tuning since was 15
Have a great day

You wrote "BPR8EG". Is "P" not a projected insulator? I couldn't find that plug on the internet. Did you mean to write "BR8EG"?? If so, I know what that one is. It is the stock plug in my YZ250, plus a better plug for our KDX's.bikeman2502001 wrote: ↑01:22 pm Jul 18 2020 Had a great day riding in the forest despite the fact it was entirely too hottttt. I prefer the finer wire plugs. My 2005 KX250 uses a BR8ECMIX. say that three times fast.
The local O'reilly Auto has my 2005 KX125 plugs for $23.99 each. R6918B-9

Re: First ride with Motorex Crosspower 2T
looks like you are a die hard 2 stroker more power to you I also like the yz250x and almost bought one when i purchased My Kdx instead now im sure i did the right as I cannot use all of the power that a 250 puts out. I used to race the open class back in the old days and can you say ENTIRELY WAYYYY TO MUCH POWER!!!!! I used to HEAVILY detune those things to get an advantage. Those things will loop out at 80 mph INSANE
