Hi Guys any advice on getting a stripped pilot air screw out of the carb.
It was stuck and i didnt use much force but the head slot in the brass screw just widened up. Also does a replacement air screw come in the carb rebuild kits.?

Yes, a new kit from Jet-R-Us will come with the idle mixture screw. https://www.jetsrus.com/individual_part ... 10_su.html
To get the old one out you could use a small left hand drill bit, running it real slow, and it will probably come right out. If that doesn't remove it I would probably try tapping a small flat head screwdriver (like the cheap pocket versions) in to the hole you just drilled and try to twist it out that way.

Re: Carb Air Screw Stripped
Thats a bummer I bought a bike with a stripped fuel screw once never fear dremel is here! I used a dremel with a super small bur bit and made a small hole in the center of the old screw then you can get another grip with either a small easy out or jamming a torx bit in there to remove the old one. Yes these kind of problems do make what seems to be a simple job very time consuming and troublesome. No worries the patient will survive!

I never heard of jamming a Torx in there. Good idea! Thanks.
