I am 4.5 hours away. That is doable for a long weekend! Let's RIDE!!
I know one (CR250) who would be interested, maybe we could get "Bill" to come up with us also. I know he has been there once.

2 hrs & 45 minutes or so. Personally, I'd rather camp than make a day trip.... unless someone else does all of the driving.
Say, shouldn't this topic belong in the south? Or maybe we need a southeast section?

I would need a weekend to justify the drive.

Might be time to add a little more to the regions. Maybe south east, north east, ect...sped66 wrote:Say, shouldn't this topic belong in the south? Or maybe we need a southeast section?

You can camp at Brushy, and they offer a deal on 2 and 3 day passes. A 2 day pass must be used consecutively, but a 3 day pass can be used on any three days you like. For a camping trip though, Brown Mountain OHV park might be better? Steel creek campground is close by, and is more comfortable for camping trips.
Adding a few more regional sections is do-able. I'll work on that....
