I'll bet ya a 6er of your choice to be delivered when I finally make my butt out there, or over your way.

I own an old 250 rag. I've ridden several 450's. My $ is on a worked 250 with a stock bore much less a big bore. Little head and port work on a 250 and it's back to beating 450 status. 250 just has so much room to grow, and barely behind on the showrrom floor to start with. Lots of variables in a race though....Like the 4-stroke being easier to ride/hook up.

Just enjoy yourself fellas...I'm jealous. After all, I'd hate to see that big green thumper heave it's guts out chasing that red bike...many miles from camp.

LOL
Haven't had a 250 even come close and that's with riders that weigh 100lbs
less than me. Have you ridden a fuel injected 450?
I think it's almost 50 pony's out of the box. It can out ride me thats for sure !
Forget betting the 6er - just show up and I'll buy you a 12er just for coming out and having a great time with all of us !!

BTW I'll be far ahead of that big green thumper heaving it guts out
on my BIG BLACK THUMPER w/green hubs

I will say for the tight stuff I still like my lil 200, glad I never sold it!

Well... I had a 3 hour interview today.... 3 HOURS!

The job market is looking up but nothing definate yet one way or the other. If I do secure a position, I don't see any way of taking the time off to do it. A Fall ride in not out of the question though.....

But... if things go well.... I may have a new steed in the fall.....

Well... the 3 hours was an hour with 3 different people. It was staged that way.... a little over the top if you ask me.

NICE! I may have to join you in that selection.

The 250 and 450 can both outride me ;) Yeah, I've ridden an Injected KX like yours. I like the FCR equipped ones better actualy (at least right off idle), but FI is pretty friggin awesome. Sorry man not dissin your bike, had just put my 2c in on the crap-talk vs the 265. The 450 is just easier to ride....Get forward bite anyway. They are all just under 50hp out of the box.

All right folks, we're approaching the one-more-month-to-go mark.

I talked to Terry at the Lodge and he claimed that someone else from kdxrider has reserved the last room in the lodge . . . who was that?
