Southern Oregon..Rogue Valley...Grants Pass/Medford.

Re: 'would like to come down for a ride one day.' ???

Why not make it soon? Like....this weekend!

We won't be riding anything related to Millican or Fort rock. Mr. Wibbens has lots of pics of the Quartz Creek area on his smugmug pages (smugmug.com, search for 'Wibby'..select his album, 'motorcycles' 'dirt' 'QC'). You won't see anything much resembling the open riding of eastern Oregon.

Face it. You owe it to yourself to come on down!

I've said this before..not to make a big deal out it, but it's true. There's a ski area here..Mt. Ashland. I've heard over and over, 'If you can ski Ashland, you can ski anywhere.' I've heard the same thing, experienced the same thing in regard to riding dirtbikes. A few years back, on ski's first trip up here, a riding buddy of his at the time came with. He rode a KX500. Probably an 'A' rider..if not A+. On a trail made specifically for kids to ride he hung his KX in a tree.

One thing you can probably count on...it's different here.

....like it's different most places!

It was pretty funny to see a KX500 hanging like a Christmas tree ornament in that tree. And it was, what? Like, maybe another couple miles and he crashed the KX500 so hard he snapped the fork bleeder off.

Let's get everyone down to ride and we'll sing cumbyea around a campfire! Hoot!!

So Wib, ditch those street rider wannabe's and join in a REAL adventure. Who's gonna pick that dirtbike up off of me when I'm pinned? Brad? Sure!!

When in worry
When in doubt
Run in circles
Scream and shout!

Ski! Do you REALLY BELIEVE either one of them would stick around long enough to pick up the pieces for you???

Find 'em later!

Sorry Jerry, wish I could be there

I wish I was riding QC this weekend, but...

I dunno, I've met some good people over at ADV. Some of which have given me a ton of support since Sept 29th

BTW, it aint a street ride. I'm driving my truck (KDX in back) all the way to Portland, then making a left turn, headed for Trask OHV

Gonna be an oyster feed, a friend is bringing a ton of pork loin on her Ural

Prolly drink mucho whisky!

Trying to hide all the brand tags on that HONDA, eh? Can't say as I blame 'em.

Of course you do realize there Wib, that the one who doesn't show will be topic of discussion. Be there, and we'll speak ill of someone else. No show and we will ridicule you mercilessly. Already your size comes into question.

And no, I am not politically correct. The term now days is inclusion and diversity.
