i'm planning on making it there this summer at some point

As far as weather and trail conditions, what is the best time to go?

I had to freakin miss the last one and I was heated about it... definitely going to try to make it this year. Question... just wondering... most of my riding buddies are on quads... would it be sacrilege if one or two of them were to join? I didn't know what the trails were like down there that we would be riding. Didn't know if we were going to be riding a whole bunch of single track... if thats the case, screw em haha not much single track where I ride and I love riding it!

I'm in if race schedule doesn't compete, when are we going?

I think I'm on vacation the 2nd week of May??? I hated missing last year. Haven't ridden in a year, due to my rotator cuff, and home improvements. I might be able to change a week of vacation to go if you get a date, place, etc nailed down. I hope to get out soon and ride and test the body out. Let me know!

Rotater cuff for you too Rick ? My surgery failed and have ignored it sense, still need it fixed

yeah. Surgery was my call. Small tear. Opted not to. Feels pretty good. Hurts like hell using a torch or welding over head. Not sure what the CR will do to it. Got my forks rebuilt, just gotta put it back together and see if it still runs! lol So out of shape. Ugh. We'll see

Cmon now, what's the story here??? It's April 7th! I'm hoping to head to WV to twist throttles and lift bottles!

Man, for once my work schedule isn't crazy, but I'm booked all through May

Interesting enough Tom, I'm heading up to Michigan for a 6 day ride in June with my club. No plans for WV right now but I would like to head down and try some of the new trail systems. I've been too busy prepping my kid to race to plan a trip with the CT guys.

Other news...I got myself one of these (a white KTM) and yes I still have the KDX. The last time we went down, I was the only guy on one!
