I would prefer to get a cabin, if you wanted to try and go in together.

The trail house and cabin are $30 per night per person, and we used them on this trip in 2011. If possible, this is the best location, cheapest and very clean.

If we dont get our **** together in time, Twin Hollow has a few cabins. More expensive, but with a beautiful mountain view, and closest to the trail.

Hawks Cabins and Riverfront Cabins are up the creek a ways too.

I am curious if Jeb had any luck with Hawks. I will get him on the horn to see.

The plan is to secure a number of rider and reserve from there.

I'm out as of right now, things could change tho. With all of my friends getting quads recently and me riding them the past couple weekends... I think I'm gonna get one in addition to the KDX. So that means I'm gonna hafta make some cut backs... no summer vacations for me this year. Like I said, things could change. I'll keep yinz posted

pennsyltuckey talk there Took me a while to stop saying it but still slip every once in a while. Youll find out wheelers suck after a bit. Fun at first then it gets mundane. Def keep the KDX.

Really would like to go as well but however I dont think Ill be done with bike by then. My dad hasnt been doin well and lately his nap times sometime lead to garage time.

but yea... i kinda had my heart set on a new zuki Z400 with suzuki's 0% financing for 5 years....was gettin pretty excited about it too! Then we got some sort of not so great news at work, so I gotta still make cutbacks...but I dont get to get a quad lol. Sucks, but yea, I'm out for sure now. Have fun guys!

Thinking about coming down as something for myself for a change. If ME time is good for the wife, it is good for me. Probably would be 14, 15, 16. Gas money is the only issue. And would bring the Barney KDX.

Less than 2 months now.... My buddy went riding yesterday, wrecked and broke his collar bone. Not sure if he will be able to come down with me

This sucks, but my injured friend is out, and I am out as well. 3rd year in a row that an injury has derailed my plan of having a 2nd person come down with me.

CT crew is coming down. Some sad news, we lost Dave yesterday in a freak crash. He was the great guy with the crazy laugh. We'll miss him this year.

Thanks Jim. There's always the chance that a window might open for me by riding time, if you guys (or it175) still have room by then. I'll have to play it by ear all the way up to the last minute, but it's definately not looking good at the moment.
