Swapping CDI on H to E series?
Can I put a H series CDI box on a E series bike?

SS109 is definetly the expert on this issue! I'm inclined to say yes, however from what I've learned with his CDI box, I believe the base timing is much more advanced on the H series CDI, so you'll need to either run race gas or retard your timing a lot to compensate.
I'll let him chime in for sure.

You’d be a good candidate for SS109’s custom cdi. I think it’s actually designed off the E model parameters. I have one for sale if you are interested, just didn’t work out for my H model because of this timing difference.
