Ooops, do you see 610 on the diagram? Is this the pin that was loose?

Are you able to take a picture of your bike? It would be helpful to see what you are seeing.
Thank you.

I can't believe no one has said anything yet! I would not recommend sleeving your cylinder! Send it off to have it replated. An improperly done sleeve will ruin your cylinder. With the cost of machining it for the sleeve, the cost of the sleeve itself, and the labor for doing it, you might as well have it repaired/plated properly by Millenium.0ops_sorry wrote: ↑02:48 am Mar 07 2020...one more thing what kind sleeve do i buy also size of the piston send link pls ebay only..

Can someone link the problems associated with going with a steel sleeve in the kdx cylinder? I’ve read slight difficulties when going that route

The disadvantages of sleeves are: less durable than plating, higher friction, worse heat transfer characteristics, and porting can have poor match/transition to cylinder.Kdxfan4130 wrote: ↑04:36 pm Mar 09 2020 Can someone link the problems associated with going with a steel sleeve in the kdx cylinder? That said, If you've already bought the sleeve, just run it.

All right! Take your time during reassembly. Don't forget about the left hand threads on the shaft and nut of the power valve system advancer rod.

Since you had it done, and if you don't mind saying, which company did you use for the sleeve and what was your total cost for it?

Looks like a nice job. Now you can bore it to the next oversize. Are there oversized piston kits available? Or do you need to find a piston off another brand I.e. Yamaha?
