These are the Taps you need. You will NOT be able to assemble properly without clearing the threads!

Also the DIY kips shaft journals reamers with some 400 wet-dry & seafoam or some type of light weight lubricant. I'd use some water displacement formula # 40 if it was all I had. It'll work.

Mr Oops,
Is yours a 200 or 220? I can't tell except fit the decal on the swingarm, that ain't there ..

update: i sold my kawasaki kdx 220 for $1800. and bought me a suzuki drz400s
