Big pipes?
[*]so I want to get a little more top end power on my 96 200. It is going to Eric Gorr to get the big bore 225 top end since it needs bored and honed anyway. I don't want a sleeve, and he is going to reshape the porting to get more all around power. Will a desert pipe still serve me well? Wondering if any one has one on a RB head job. Or if it won't be noticable on a Kip's motor? Have fun with this one guys! Thanks in advanced

If your cylinder is wore just send it to Millennium to have it replated. I wouldnt trade reliability and piston availability for a tiny power increase. If you are wanting more top end power you should get something like a KX250. I wouldnt port a KDX but thats just me. The desert pipe makes a HUGE difference over stock and you dont really lose bottom end power.

Agreed. I would just go look for a KX250.

Re: Big pipes?
Ask Mr. Gorr about the pipe.
If someone is not racing in the 200 class, then the 223cc kit is the way to go, in my opinion.
If you are wanting higher RPM performance, ask him about porting for higher RPM.
Piston kits are available right now:

Going from 198cc to 223cc along with porting will be fairly noticeable, I do believe.
