Welcome to kdxrider.

Are you looking for just a few parts or all of it?

1995 - 2006 KDX200 and 1997 - 2005 KDX220R transmissions are the ones to look for if shopping for all the parts. Some 1989 - 1994 KDX200 transmission parts are the exact same part numbers. Check here to match up part numbers:

Don't put it back together with chipped gears, if possible find a whole transmission cluster from a kdx220sr as the gear ratios are far superior
Yes you have to spend the money now but you will make some back in resale value on your bike showing a thorough rebuild

Is this the only gear you need?

OK, look for 2 shafts and gears from a 1995 - 2006 then. The shafts don't have the same part number on 1989 - 1994 KDX200.

The 3rd/4th gear set part # 13260-1006 then yes it fits from the e series, same part # and tooth count 15t/17t, the output shaft is also the same part # 13128-1164 so if you find a good complete gear set from the e series it's also good for a spare,3 other gears also cross over between the 2 series if those might be the other gears you need.
