Hey everyone,
Been working on a 91' E series KDX200 the last few months. Was in pretty rough shape when I got it.
PO didn't take care of it and I received it with the engine off the bike.
It has been my first time mounting an engine, splitting cases, and many other things. Very limited bike mechanic work prior to this and mostly just on old Honda Trail 90s.
Long story short, got it all fired up (second kick) and started to have bad crank seal leaks shortly after.
Pulled engine, split cases and currently doing the job. Touching up many other things while I'm at this stage too.
Glad to be a member of this forum! Thank you!
