Greetings from the South (Africa that is)

Post by ZA200 »

Hi

Been enjoying the posts on the site, and need to get some help to get a bike back to a good condition.

I’ve got a 93 KDX200 that I owned from new. Used to ride the bike on the farm growing up, and the odd holiday once I moved to the city. Recently took the bike out of storage, cleaned it, rinsed the tank, fresh fuel and the bike started first kick after eight years in storage.

Need to fix some of the small stuff that got damaged over the years but will be a fairly stock standard E5. Looking forward to share some updates as the project moves along

Welcome! Post some pictures if you can. Would love to see what the terrain you ride in South Africa looks like.
