‘96 200 new to me

Post by cbittner72 »

It has been 35 years since having a dirt bike. Had it now for 4 months, this site has been tremendous help just searching and reading all that time, thank you! I spent about 1 month playing with jetting and now it’s going good. Has ‘98 KX250 front end conversion which seems good, maybe need a mid valve adjustment... overall I’m thrilled and loving how this bike runs. I wanted one off and on for so many years but now with my son turning 8 and coronavirus it was just time. Bought him a new KLX110... we are both learning

Nice, welcome to the forums and congrats on the bikes and starting your son early. You will have some great memories. Check out Dash Rides on youtube, he's a fellow KDXer with a young son and daughter riding, great clean videos for the kids.
