kdx owner for 15 years, been lurking this forum for a while and finally decided to join

Got my first 1986 kdx 200 when i was 14, wonderful bike until I wrecked it into a wall when I lost my brakes. After that kdx I was done I picked up a 1989 which I rode for a few years and still own, acquired a 1991 kdx 200 basket case a few years ago and recently decided to rebuild it and these forums have been a great help so i decided to join to possibly help others experiencing some of the issues I ran into while fixing mine. The members definitely made it easier to get the bike together, and seeing other people experiencing the same issues i was facing made them seem not as bad
