Hello once again!

HI! It's been awhile. I think my last post was like 5 years ago.
Well around November 2016 I sold my KDX. I was starting to get scared of it's reliability because of age and mileage. Also I ride a lot and usually need to go pretty far to get to good places to ride. a 30 year old 2 stroke on the highway for hours at a time just got me thinking I am riding a time bomb LOL so I sold it to a guy and bought a DRZ 400. More suitable for long hauls, had a lot less numbers on the clock and it was about the same price I sold the KDX for. Well after about a week I was missing the little green monster. The DRZ is a good machine, but it's like riding a farm tractor compared to the KDX. Heavy as hell.
Fastforward to last month. I bump into the same guy and he asks me if I want the bike back because he never registered it since he never got licensed and now he is leaving the country. I told him I'd love to, but I can't afford it, better off to list it online or something. He says "Nah mate, for free!" It took me a minute and I almost politely declined, but then I came to my senses. I said Sure, I mean Hell yeah man! So I go and collect her from where he had her stashed. Sad sight. Sun bleached plastics, all the shiny bits rusted and tires flat. It still had the same fuel in it somehow, I thought for sure it would have evaporated. But my goal is to get her back to good again and ride the **** out of it.
Anyway, Just wanted to say hello again, and look forward to the conversations.
