New to this, from South Florida

Post by Keller94 »

Just found this website ! I’ve owned a 94’ KDX 200 for about a year now. Always fun running into others with em. I lucked out on my KDX. Traded it for a 04’ Cannondale Cannibal that didn’t run. When he showed up with an all original KDX there was no question. Been in love with the bike ever since. I’ve added a few things here and there keeping all original parts in storage. Been pretty much living on Revzilla LOL... Anyone living in Palm Beach area that wants to ride let me know !

FMF fatty pipe with a powercore 2 silencer.. I actually ordered the original powercore but they sent me the 2nd. But it works and sounds great I think. It’s a pretty loud bike lol my neighbors hate me, I also added some V-Force3 reeds, new chain and sprocket, air filter, handlebars with the hand gaurds and grips, and a new front fender, I honestly don’t know what else to get it lol any suggestions would be very appreciated. I don’t know what is even really out there for it

This was the bike when I first got it everything was stock. This was the first ride I took it on, I was up in the mountains near Tucson AZ. Pretty cool place to ride

Also, if it needs it:

fork oil change
shock oil change
brake fluid flush and refill
fresh coolant
clean and grease serviceable bearings
transmission oil change

Thankyou! I just ordered some and I’ll post a pic when I put it on. I was sure to do any fluid changes or maintenance the first few days I had it. I guess it sat in a garage for 20 years before I got it so I didn’t want to risk any unwanted damages just from bad fluids lol but great tip none the less ! I appreciate it

MMM! Incredible!

Do attend to the loose odo/trip meter cable guide plastic insert.

That bike needs to "shelter indoors"! Go buy another one to ride. You can just look at this one and stare.
