Crank seals 94" KX125

So my 94 kx125 has water in the tranny. It's either the water pump shaft seal or the crank seals. My question is, can I pull the crank seals off without splitting the case? I know with my 85" KDX I had to, but with this 94" KX it looks as though I might not need to.

Coolant in the transmission is probably a water pump seal.

The crank seals keep transmission oil and bottom end of the cylinder separate.

Pressure / vaccum test to check crankshaft seals.

Ok, I'll order a water pump rebuild kit. The crank seals go in before the bearings so I probably do not need to split the case, if I were to replace them.

It would not be leaking from inside the cylinder to inside the transmission area without also allowing fuel (gasoline and oil mixture) into the transmission area.

If you don't already have one, get a service manual.
