~72mm bore - 1986 KDX200

I recently purchased a basket of 1986 KDX200 parts. The cylinder has a steel sleeve bored to 71.3752 mm according to my dial bore gauge. The std bore for a KDX is 66mm and generally I can find over bore pistons up to 68mm. There are pits on the cylinder wall so it will need to be bored and honed. My question if its bored out to 72 mm, can I get a 72 mm piston, rings, wrist pin, and bearing that will fit my 1986 KDX200 connecting rod?
