I purchased some front fork springs from EPM Performance Imports (epmperf.com) in New Jersey. The 29mm Spring diameter is exactly the same as the Kawasaki KLR250, just a little bit shorter than the KDX175. It was recommended to use the HyperPro brand for KLR250. I added PD 265 fork valves and just needed 1” of 3/4” PVC for a spacer.
Building a KDX175 and will post about it soon.
The fork valve is on the bottom, of the right HyperPro spring.Front Springs and Fork Springs for KDX175
